Can you see the number?
A quick Ishihara-style colour vision test. Spot the hidden numbers in six dot plates, then share your score with friends.
Six plates. One minute.
Each circle hides a number made of coloured dots. Tell us what you see. For best results, use good lighting, full screen brightness, and turn off night mode or blue-light filters.
Screens show colours differently, so this is a fun screening, not a medical diagnosis. For an accurate test, visit us or an eye doctor.
Colour vision FAQ
About colour vision.
What is colour blindness?
Most 'colour blindness' is colour vision deficiency — difficulty telling certain colours apart, most commonly reds and greens. It's usually inherited and is much more common in men than women.
Is this online test accurate?
It's a fun screening only. Screens, brightness and lighting change how colours look, so a proper test in person is the only reliable way to check.
Can glasses fix colour blindness?
There's no cure, but some people find special tinted lenses help colours stand out more. Visit us to talk through your options.
